If your product is no longer working properly, please first check the troubleshooting suggestions in the product manual as well as our FAQ.
If the problem cannot be solved this way, please contact the dealer where you purchased the product. In many cases, issues can be resolved more quickly and cost-effectively than by sending the product directly to us. If this is not successful, your dealer can return the product to us on your behalf.
If you purchased the product directly from us or the dealer is unable to help, please send the defective product together with a detailed error description and a copy of the purchase receipt (invoice or receipt including purchase date) to the following address.
We take great pride in the quality of our products and in our customers’ satisfaction, but please note that checking and returning products where no fault can be found involves considerable work and costs that are not our responsibility. In such cases, we must charge the costs incurred.
