The LRP WorksTeam steel flywheel with 34 mm diameter was developed for demanding track conditions where controlled power delivery and traction are decisive.

At 29 g, it deliberately increases the rotating mass. The higher rotational inertia stabilizes torque delivery, smooths engine response and ensures more predictable and better controllable power delivery.

Especially on low-grip tracks, bumpy or heavily worn surfaces, as well as in changing grip conditions, the steel flywheel noticeably improves traction. The vehicle remains calmer, builds grip more consistently and can accelerate out of corners in a more controlled manner. Particularly in long finals, when track conditions continuously deteriorate, the additional rotating mass provides greater stability and overall easier vehicle control throughout the entire run.
