If this does not help, please contact the retailer where you purchased the product. This way, problems can often be solved faster and more cost-effectively than by sending the product to us. If this is also unsuccessful, your dealer can send the product for you.
Alternatively, or if you purchased the product directly from us, please follow our shipping instructions:
1. Please fill in the following form as fully as possible and send it by email to „email@example.com“.
2. Please wait for a reply of our technical service, including an RMA number (this can take 1-2 working days).
Packages without an RMA number will not beaccepted.
3. Send the defective product along with a copy of the proof of purchase of the product to the following address:

4. Please only use the shipping label provided by LRP to send in the product.
