LRP Wins 2nd Round of Danish TC Champs in Super Stock!
The 2nd round of the Danish 1/10 Touringcar Championship was held on the 17th of may, at Midtsjaelands mini racing club, on their permanent tarmac track in Tollose.
With 32 drivers in total in 2 classes, modified and Super Stock.
In the Super Stock class, it was LRP driver Johnny Pedersen who just had his comeback to racing after 7 years who dominated the 3 qualification rounds, and took the TQ spot. Returning back to the first round of the championship 3 weeks ago, were he finished in 4th place in his first race, and now in his 2nd race, he took TQ spot in front of many big names in the Super Stock class.
The 1st A-final was a battle between LRP driver Johnny Pedersen and young driver Thomas Larsen, but in the end it was Johnny Pedersen who finished first.
In the 2nd A-final it was Nicolai Nielsen who managed to take the lead on the last corner, and won this final with only 0.19 sec, and kept the excitement and battle going to the last and deciding final.
3rd and last final, it was Johnny Pedersen from the front row who took the lead, and never looked back. Without problems LRP driver Johnny Pedersen won the last A-final, and took the overall win in the Super Stock class.
